Collaborative Workflow Execution
The new Workflow Execution API now supports multi-user scripts with real-time status tracking. Each step in a workflow can be marked as “To Do,” “Done,” or “Incident,” and changes are synced server-wide instantly.
To make collaboration even easier, we’ve added customizable status badges – configure label, color, and style via API to make statuses clearly visible at a glance.
Whether you’re coordinating teams or tackling complex resolution flows, execution just got a whole lot smarter.
Seamless Incident Reporting
Report issues without interrupting your progress. You can now flag incidents at any point during execution, pause your workflow, and resume right where you left off – all without data loss or extra steps. It’s a smoother, more integrated experience for field teams.

- Faster App Launch (Android): If there’s only one workspace, the app now launches directly, cutting down startup time by ~3 seconds and matching iOS behavior.
- Refined AR Mode UI: We’ve modernized the AR interface using Reshaped components, removing outdated UI elements and streamlining the search experience.
- Smarter Navigation Paths: In-app routing is more efficient and intuitive, maintaining safe distances from obstacles and offering more natural movement.
- POI Guidance Indicator: After reaching a location, a helpful arrow remains visible within the activation radius—ideal for locating out-of-sight POIs or incidents.
🪲 Fixes
- Android Background Resume: Fixed a bug where returning from the background caused the app to freeze. Tracking and navigation now resume correctly, just like on iOS.
- Tracking Re-Initialization: Resolved an issue where tracking wouldn’t start even though a starting point appeared selected. Initialization now happens automatically.
- Workflow Step Buttons: Step buttons now appear reliably during execution—no more manual refresh needed.
- Tablet Orientation Handling: Fixed layout issues on both Android and iOS tablets where content failed to resize or UI elements disappeared. Responsive layouts now adapt properly in portrait and landscape.
- Workflow Report PDF: Cleaned up the export layout so image elements no longer overlap the ID line in workflow result PDFs.
