1. Scope

These terms govern your use of the website www.viewar.com and its subpages (the “Website”), operated by ViewAR Technology GmbH, Mariahilfer Straße 89a/24, 1060 Vienna, Austria (“ViewAR”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

The use of ViewAR products and services (such as ServiceAI, ServiceAR and the ViewAR Suite) is governed exclusively by separate written agreements. These terms do not apply to them.

2. Information only, no binding offer

The Website provides general information about ViewAR and its products. Its content does not constitute a binding offer. A demo request or any other enquiry sent through the Website is non-binding for both sides; a contract is only concluded by a separate written agreement.

When you submit the contact form, please provide accurate information. We use it only to answer your request, as described in our privacy policy.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including texts, images, videos, graphics, logos and the design, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. It belongs to ViewAR or to the respective rights holders. Any use beyond private viewing, in particular copying, editing, distributing or making it publicly available, requires our prior written consent.

Names and logos of customers and partners shown on the Website are trademarks of their respective owners and are used with their permission for reference purposes only.

4. Links to other websites

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. We have no influence on their content and accept no responsibility for it. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for the content of linked pages. If we become aware of any legal violations, we will remove such links without delay.

5. No warranty

We take great care to keep the Website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that the content is complete, correct or current, or that the Website is available at all times and free of errors or harmful components. Product descriptions, illustrations and examples are for general information and may differ from the delivered product.

6. Limitation of liability

ViewAR is liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and for personal injury. In all other cases, liability for damage arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the Website is excluded to the extent permitted by law. This includes, in particular, indirect damage, consequential damage and loss of profit or data. Mandatory statutory liability, in particular under consumer protection law, remains unaffected.

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on the Website at the time of your visit applies.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The competent courts in Vienna, Austria, have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, mandatory provisions of the law and the place of jurisdiction of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Should any provision of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
